I have been a patient at Soft Care Dental Group for many years now. I found this group through my insurance plan. The name of this group intrigued me because I am a BIG baby when it comes to dental care. I can't rave about this practice enough. Every one, from Dr. B and Dr. D, to Tatianna and Lauren, everyone there is AMAZING. From the minute you walk in until the time you leave, they are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and funny. The doctors are wonderful. They really care about you and your concerns. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Each time I have visited I've never experienced any pain or discomfort! Now going to the dentist isn't the daunting experience it used to be. The doctors always answer questions, keep you updated as they are performing your work, and always tell you what the next steps are/should be. Lauren and Tatianna deal with your insurance company so you dont have to. I've never had to call to follow up on anything. They take care of it all and keep you updated about claims, treatments, and next steps. If you are looking for a new dental practice, please give these ladies a try. You will not be disappointed!
